DAF truck driven by a 49-year-old resident of Rivne has arrived at Ukraine's border

According to the documents provided for inspection, the driver of the truck was transporting humanitarian aid for one of the charitable foundations. At the initiative of the operational employees of the State Border Guard Service, the truck was decided to be checked more thoroughly.

During the inspection, among food products, medicines, and hygiene products, border guards together with customs officers found almost 1.5 thousand bottles of wine, information about which was missing in the documents.

On this fact, the customs officials drew up a protocol. The undeclared alcohol was seized. Its approximate value is 760 thousand hryvnias.
