Border guards of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi border guard detachment detected two underground pipelines in Odesa oblast. Underground utility system, which passed through the Ukrainian-Moldovan border, was detected during the inspection of the state border. During the investigation of circumstances, it was found that these pipes were not in use and probably were planned for moving alcohol from the territory of Moldova. Border guards dismantled the detected pipes in cooperation with the Moldovan colleagues. Currently, measures are being taken as for finding person, involved in installing of the pipes.
