Border guards as a part of the Defense Forces continue to eliminate the enemy and carry out control-verification measures in the border area.

In particular, border guards together with the representatives of the other parts of the Defense Forces of Ukraine detected self-made musket in the automobile. A 47-year-old citizen of the Kharkiv region was driving the vehicle.

The man explained that he personally crafts museum firearms devices and was quite surprised when he learned from the border guards that manufacturing such weapons without proper permits or transporting them is illegal.

In order to make further legal decisions, the owner of the homemade firearm device and the actual weapon were handed over to the competent law enforcement authorities.
