Border guards detected a person with a stolen mobile phone at the Vyshgorod Lyceum

A native of Horlivka, Donetsk region, was stopped by border guards to check at the entrance to the capital.

While inspecting his belongings, law enforcement officers found a mobile phone that aroused the suspicions of law enforcement officers.  The man said that the mobile phone belonged to his wife. However, during the inspection, the owner of the smartphone, a teacher at the Vyshhorod Lyceum, called this mobile phone and said that the gadget had been stolen. Also law enforcement officers clarified that the thief was brought to criminal responsibility according to Art. 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Illegal production, manufacture, purchase, storage, transportation or shipment of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues without the purpose of sale" last year.

In addition, during this day at the entrance to the capital, the service dog Caesar "sniffed" methamphetamine in the secret pocket of the handbag of a Ukrainian citizen.

Completely forged vehicle registration certificate of another Ukrainian citizen was detected by border guards. According to him, he bought a fake document together with a motorcycle for 3 thousand US dollars.

All three citizens were handed over to the National Police for further legal action.
