Yesterday, border guards and customs service representatives jointly detected hidden goods in vehicles at “Krakivets” border crossing point, Lviv region. Citizen of Ukraine, who was coming back from Poland, hid 15 Apple iPads among vacuum cleaners and washing powders in “Renault” vehicle under cowl panel and in the trunk.

During inspection of “Opel” vehicle, by which citizen of Ukraine was following to Poland, there were also detected near 3000 packs of cigarettes. The resident of Lviv hid cigarettes under back seat, upholstery of front doors, in the trunk and in the wheels of the vehicle.

Border guards of Lutsk border guard detachment and customs service representatives jointly detected another hiding place at “Yahodyn” border crossing point. 2400 packs of cigarettes were detected in ceiling void of the train, which was following from Kyiv to Warsaw.
