Representatives of the Custom Service seized detained cigarettes.

According to information of servicemen of personal security division border guards of Chop border guard detachment detained violator who tried to transfer cigarettes to Hungary.

In the framework of joint border operation “Karpaty-2021” border guards detected unknown who was moving to the state border with three packages. The man didn’t have any documents with him. Law enforcement officers detected 3 thousand packs of cigarettes in the packages. Border guards found out that detainee are local citizen.

Border guards delivered violator and cigarettes to the border guard division. The detainee was prosecuted for the violation of border regime. His future will be decided by the court.
