In Transcarpathia, a border patrol of two conscripts of the Rakosh border guard division of the Mukachevo border guard detachment found a group of people trying to cross the border with Romania illegally.

Border guards saw four men 100 meters from the barrier fence. The legitimate demands of the border patrol   were ignored and the "travelers" tried to escape. To stop the fugitives, border guards fired a warning shot. One illegal immigrant was detained immediately. Another three, who were fleeing from the border guards and threw away their belongings, were overtaken by the response team.

The four bags found during the search contained 9 mobile phones, food and money.

Four detainees reported being Pakistani nationals. Foreigners had with them temporary residence permits in Ukraine.

Who assisted illegal migrants in organizing illegal travel is currently being established. The detained citizens were taken to the temporary detention center of the Mukachevo Border Guard Detachment.

The further fate of the travelers will be decided by the court.
