Today to border patrol, that served near the settlement Ilyinka, in Stanichno-Lugansk district, Luhansk region, applied  local residents and informed  the fact  of the use of gun by resident of Yuhanivka  at another civilian.
Border guards of "Stanichno-Lugansk" department immediately went to the scene and provided first aid to a citizen who was wounded in the arm. An ambulance had been called and the victim was handed over medical.
The border guards had blocked  the locality where the offender was hiding and made it impossible to escape, including abroad to Russia. The locals helped to determine the location of shooter.
