The offender, who wanted to enter Moldova illegally by freight train, was detained by border guards at Mohyliv-Podilskyi railway border crossing point.

A 44-year-old citizen of Ukraine was spotted by a border patrol of the Mohyliv-Podilskyi border guard detachment. The resident of Kirovohrad region sneaked into a freight carriage and jumped into an empty carriage. However, the border guards detected him and took him off.

The "passenger" will have to be tried in court for the administrative offence.
