A German citizen who intended to enter Hungary illegally was detained this morning by servicemen of the «Velyka Palad» section of the Mukachevo Border Guard Detachment.

The 46-year-old man was spotted by the detail when he was just trying to overcome the barrier fence.

A German citizen was taken to the border guard unit to draw up a report on an administrative offense and carry out filtering measures. He could not explain what prompted the him to violate the Ukrainian-Hungarian border.

The court fined the foreigner UAH 3,400 for committing the offense.
