Border guards stopped eight men, who tried to leave Ukraine illegally in Transcarpathia region.

Servicemen of Mukachevo border detachment detained six violators and two more were detained by the servicemen of Chop border detachment.

Border patrol of “Yablunivka” border guard division detained four men. Locals of Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, and Poltava regions planned to overcome hill and illegally enter Romania. A citizen of Vinnytsia tried to overcome “Tysa” river but border patrol captured him.

Besides, two more men, locals of Transcarpathia and Kyiv region, were detained on the border with Hungary. And a citizen of Zaporizhzhia was detained during an attempt at an illegal border crossing to Slovakia.

Law enforcement officers drew up administrative protocols. The detainees’ future will be decided by the court.
