During the day servicemen of Mukachevo border detachment prevented 6 attempts of the border violation and detained 15 violators.

According to obtained information from the operational unit of the border detachment, servicemen of “Kosyno” border guard division detained the largest group of violators. Nine men arrived at the border area for illegal border crossing with neighboring Hungary.

The rest violators tried to enter Romania. Border patrols of “Dilove” and “Tiachiv” border guard divisions prevented these attempts and detained 6 violators.

Law enforcement officers drew up the administrative protocols for the attempt for illegal border crossing. The future of the detainees will be decided by the court.
