During the weekend, servicemen of Chernivtsi border detachment detained 12 citizens who tried to enter Moldova and Romania.

Servicemen of the operational unit of Chernivtsi border detachment together with the border patrol stopped the car for document verification. Four citizens of Ukraine were in the car. The detainees informed that they tried to cross the Ukrainian-Moldovan border illegally.

Besides, border guards in five cases detained 8 violators on the border with Romania. All violators are residents of Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi regions.

Border guards delivered violators to the border unit location.
