This morning, border detail patrolling the border area nearby Chongar settlement apprehended the Russian Federation Armed Forces representative.  He turned out to be a native of Chechen-Ingush Soviet Union Republic, a military of unit 27777, Sukharov Ramzan. Kalashnikov rifle and 180 rounds of ammunition for it, Makarov gun, military uniform and body armor were detected in  the car he was moving by.

Circumstances of the incident are being specified now. After filtration measures the military of Russian Federation Armed Forces is going to be transferred to other law-enforcement bodies.
