BCP "Novoazovsk" attacked by terrorists’ mortar fire

Today at 2.20 a.m., terrorists carried out a mortar attack at BCP "Novoazovsk" on the border with Russia in the Donetsk region.

Today at 2.20 a.m., terrorists carried out a mortar attack at BCP "Novoazovsk" on the border with Russia in the Donetsk region. During the attack, the gunmen launched about 20 mines, previously from the territory Markin town. Border checks at the BCP were frozen and defensive perimeter was taken by border guards.

Besides, the border patrol on its way towards the BCP was fired.

As a result of the attack, one border guard fell in action and eight are injured (three of them seriously wounded).
