The other day the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amended the list of narcotic means, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on May 6, 2000 No. 770. As a result of these changes, the list of medical products of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors has greatly expanded.

This means that the transportation of these categories of drugs, which contain narcotic and psychotropic substances, across the state border, will also be regulated and confiscated at the state border.

It should be noted that during the first two months of the year, the staff of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine alone or together with the cooperating bodies confiscated about 33 kilograms of drugs and drugs with narcotic or psychotropic effect at the checkpoints on the state border.
