The man was revealed during the inspection at the checkpoint “Zaitseve”. The foreigner didn’t have any appropriate documents. Besides, the attributes of the Communist party were found.

The border guards found out that he got into Ukraine illegally, most likely through the territory of Russia on the plot, which is out of Ukraine’s control, yet he didn’t cross the state border officially. It was also ascertained that at his time, the Hungarian was studying at a military school as an artilleryman.

Currently the detainee is transferred to the staff of the National police for clarification of all the circumstances.
