The Azov-Black Sea Regional Directorate servicemen informs that the armed special services representatives, who had blocked up the Directorate on the eve, currently keep the personnel department under convoy of armed guards. It is to be recalled that the personnel files of the Regional Directorate border guards are being kept there in the department vaults. Armed people, menacing with guns forbid anybody to take back the personnel files for those border guards who did not betray the oath of fealty to the Ukrainian people or those who refuse to recognize the Crimean authorities.
