Dear fellow soldiers and colleagues!

Despite of the continual and severe moral coercion upon the staff of the Azov- Black Sea Regional Directorate by the Russian military units in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in particular regarding the shortest possible time to make a decision about change-over to the so-called "new Crimean authorities", our personnel is continuing to perform the state border guarding tasks and remains faithful to the Oath to the Ukrainian people.
