Recently, units of the Joint Forces, including border guards of the Luhansk Border Guard Detachment, carried out preventive measures in the town of Popasna in the Luhansk Region.

Recently, units of the Joint Forces, including border guards of the Luhansk Border Guard Detachment, carried out preventive measures in the town of Popasna in the Luhansk Region.

Particularly, during an inspection of non-residential space, the border guards found a cache of ammunition. In total, three TM-62 anti-tank mines, three RGD-5 grenades, three F-1 grenades, two VOG-17 grenades and a large number of ammunition rounds were found.

In addition, law enforcement officers also found an explosive object in the Donetsk Region. In particular, a border patrol of the Kramatorsk border guard detachment found an F-1 grenade on the side of Novogrodivka-Selidove highway.

In all cases, the detected ammunition was confiscated by the representatives of the SES in accordance with the established procedures. Police officers are taking steps to identify the circle of other individuals involved.
