State Border Guard Service of Ukraine advises citizens to carefully prepare for travel and while getting the documents ready take precautions in advance to clear out whether or not they have restrictions on traveling outside Ukraine.

One of them had to be calmed down by the border guards at the Boryspil airport last night. The man arrived at the passport control on the flight to Dubai. The border guard inspector while performing the control measures was informed about the man’s restriction from leaving the territory of Ukraine through the database.

A 36-year-old Ukrainian was invited to an office by the law enforcement officers to be told about the decision that he was refused to cross the state border. Instead, the man did not want to acknowledge the fact, behaved aggressively and attacked the border guards. The officials had to neutralize the offender's actions.

An administrative offense report was drawn up under Art. 185-10 of Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the case was forwarded to court. It should be noted that about 120 thousand persons are currently in border guard databases with restriction by the executive services to travel outside Ukraine due to non-payment of alimony.

Therefore, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine advises citizens to carefully prepare for travel and while getting the documents ready take precautions in advance to clear out whether or not they have restrictions on traveling outside Ukraine.
