Servicemen of Lviv border detachment prevented another attempt to illegal tobacco products transferring at “Krakivets” border crossing point.

35-years old citizen of Poland was moving to Ukraine. According to documents the lorry was transferring about 19.5 thousand bottles of kvass.

According to the risk analysis border guards together with the operational units initiated additional inspection of the truck. During the trailer inspection search group detected 2240 packs of cigarettes. The driver hid tobacco products in constructive features between trailer’s walls.

About this fact, the representatives of the Custom Service drew up the protocol. Law enforcement officers seized smuggled cigarettes.
