Yesterday the border guards of "Kyiv" separate check point at "Boryspil" port of entry arrested a Russian citizen.

During the passengers processing an alert from Interpol database was received concerning the citizen of Russia who arrived from Turkey. A man of 1961 DOB was on the wanted list for a large scale fraud. According to the preliminary information, a native of Saratov illegally appropriated nearly 2 million USD. The duty officer of the Ukrainian Interpol Bureau in Kyiv was informed about the detention.

The citizen was transferred to the representatives of the National Police for further proceedings.
