Today, at the border crossing point "Yagodyn Auto" border guards of Lutsk border guard detachment together with customs officials detected tobacco products which driver tried trafficking to Poland using emergency trailers.

A resident of Zhytomyr arrived at the border crossing point around 6 o'clock in the morning on evacuator "Iveco" with two trailers. During the inspection of the vehicle, the border guards had a suspicion of possible car and trailer use for smuggling cigarettes. Suspicions confirmed, as a joint inspection group in 10 trailer wheels, including the spare wheel, found 1,400 packs of LM brand cigarettes with Ukrainian excise stamps. Total evaluation of seized tobacco products amounted to 13.3 thousand UAH, and the trailers as means of illegal goods transportation - more than 100 thousand UAH.
