Recently, border guards of Luhansk border guard detachment prevented an attempt to move a group of foreigners across the state border to Russian Federation.

In the evening, near one of the villages, border patrol revealed unknown people moving towards the state border. They were four citizens of Azerbaijan and one citizen of Uzbekistan. The sixth was our compatriot, who accompanied the foreigners so as to bypass the BCPs. It turned out that the foreigners were planning to come to Russia for employment.

For attempting to violate the state border against the detained citizens of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, the reports were drawn up under Part 2 of Art. 204-1 on Administrative Offenses Code of Ukraine. With regard to the Ukrainian, a report was sent to the National Police on the grounds of Art. 332 of Criminal Code of Ukraine.
