The other day, a group of foreigners arrived at the Starokozache border crossing point, on the border with Moldova, with the aim of entering Ukraine.

During passport control, one of the passengers, a Chinese citizen, decided «not to waste time» and offered the border guard a cash reward of 5,000 hryvnias to speed up the crossing of the state border. The border guards did not accept such an illegal offer and reported this fact to the National Police.

Now, the 50-year-old foreigner faces criminal liability.
