This morning, the Russians unilaterally formalized the next (sixty-fifth), the so-called "humanitarian convoy".  

Since border crossing of "humanitarian convoy" was executed with gross violation of international and domestic laws and agreed modalities with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Ukrainian interdepartmental control group performed only visual observation without performing control functions.

In general, from 6.30 to 7.20, 42 trucks of "humanitarian convoy" entered Ukraine through Russian border crossing points "Donetsk" and "Matveev Kurgan" in two columns.

The trucks supposedly were carrying food, literature and medicine.

But, consolidated group could not get authentic information about the nature and nomenclature of the cargo, as it was moved in the closed containers.

Besides, the peculiarity of this "humanitarian convoy" was the discrepancy of the number of trucks, stated in a previous Russian documents, and the nature of the goods, because not only declared goods, but also a literature was imported.
