A Turkish citizen who was trying to leave Ukraine using someone else's passport was found that night by border guards of Mukachevo border guard detachment at Luzhanka border crossing point.

A Turkish citizen who was trying to leave Ukraine using someone else's passport was found that night by border guards of Mukachevo border guard detachment at Luzhanka border crossing point.

The 20-year-old man was a passenger of an Audi car driven by a 32-year-old Polish citizen. The passenger aroused the suspicion of border guards during the inspection of the vehicle. After informing the border guards that he was also a Polish citizen, the young man could not answer the basic questions posed by the team in Polish.

During the identification, it turned out that the passport of the Polish citizen provided for verification did not belong to the bearer. During a further interview, the border guards found out that the person was a Turkish citizen. The ultimate goal of the Turk's illegal travel was to be Germany, where the foreigner was going to stay for permanent residence. Border guards also found out facts of involvement of the Polish citizen into organizing the illegal movement of the Turk across the border.

The report for the committing an offense against a foreigner was drawn up. According to the Law the sanction of the article provides for liability in the form of a fine in the amount of 3,400 to 8,500 hryvnias or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
