This year graduate officers of the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of  Ukraine named after Bogdan  Khmelnytsky arrived to the units of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. In general, 237 border guard officers were sent to serve in the Border Guard Units.

In the Border Guard Units methodological meetings were organized for young officers.

Thus, recently in Sumy Border Guard Detachment methodological meetings were also organized for graduates of higher military educational institution.

This year, only fourteen graduates, including one woman, arrived to the Border Guard Units of Sumy Border Guard Detachment.

The main purpose of such meetings was to assist young lieutenants in adapting to primary officer positions. The most trained and experienced officers-mentors were assigned to each of the young officers.
