Today the operational search units of the Southern Regional Directorate in cooperation with the Department of Combating Human Trafficking Crimes of the Chief Directorate of the National Police in Odessa region revealed the channel of transporting of three citizens of Ukraine across the border. Later the women had to be used in the sexual services sphere in Turkey.

Law enforcement authorities stopped Ukrainians when they were processed for the flight to Istanbul at Odessa airport. 2 more women who were accompanying them and were also involved in illegal activity were detained together with them.

The urgent investigative actions by the crime signs according to the p.1, Art. 149 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are being carried out.

It should be mentioned that in Kharkiv region, servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine together with National Police only for the last week in the course of the carried-out special measures twice exposed two channels of transportation of Ukrainian citizens to Russia. In general, 8 women were taken out to the neighboring country.
