Yesterday, January 17, the russian occupation forces continued shelling the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions.

The enemy inflicted fire damage using mortars. The Krasnopillia, Bilopillia and Nova Sloboda communities of Sumy region and the Semenivka community of Chernihiv region came under enemy fire.

In the morning, the enemy from the area of the village of marytsa fired 7 shots from a 120 mm mortar at the border area of the Semenivka community.

In the first half of the day, the russian invaders covered the territory of the Bilopillia community with mortars, in total there were about two dozen explosions. The fire came from the russian settlement tiotkino.

At the same time, there were 7 explosions of 120 mm caliber mines in the border area of Nova Sloboda community. The russians opened fire from the side of the village of tiotkino.

In the afternoon, the enemy from the russian settlement of dronovka shelled the territory of the Krasnopillia community with mortars, there were around half a dozen strikes.
