Yesterday, October 27, the russian occupation forces continued shelling the Ukrainian border.

The enemy fired using MLRS, mortars and barrel artillery. Khotin, Znob-Novhorodske, Novoslobidka and Bilopillia communities of Sumy Oblast and Novhorod-Siverskyi and Horodnia communities of Chernihiv Oblast came under enemy fire.

In the morning, rashists covered the territory of Khotin community twice with MLRS "Hrad" and 152-mm barrel artillery. In total there were half a dozen explosions from rocket bursts and almost half a hundred from shells. The fire was from the russian settlement uspenovka. As a result of the shelling, private houses, vehicles, and power lines were damaged.

The russians shelled the territory of Nova Sloboda community with barrel artillery. There were 40 artillery shells from the settlements alieksieievka and tiotkino.

Also, in the morning the occupiers shelled the territory of Bilopillia community with 82-mm mortars from the russian settlement tiotkino. Three and a half dozen mine explosions were counted.

In Znob-Novhorodske community the enemy fired with mortars from the area of znob settlement. There were 16 explosions.

In Chernihiv Oblast, Horodnia community also suffered from enemy mortar fire. There were 30 explosions of 120 mm caliber mines on the outskirts of one of the Ukrainian settlements. They were launched from the area of the russian settlement chernozemnyi horodok.

Three enemy mines exploded on the territory of Novhorod-Siverskyi community, the russians fired from the side of the settlement pohar.

The Defense Forces continue to protect Ukraine from russian invaders.
