Yesterday, September 29, the russian occupation forces continued shelling the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions.

The enemy inflicted fire damage using automatic grenade launchers, mortars, barrel artillery, as well as tank weapons. The Krasnopillia, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Shalyhyne, Znob-Novhorodske, Esman, Seredyna-Buda communities of Sumy region, and the Horodnia and Novhorod-Siverskyi communities of Chernihiv region, as well as the Zolochiv Community of Kharkiv region came under enemy fire.

In the first half of the day, on the territory of the Krasnopillia community, units of the Defense Forces shot down an enemy drone "Orlan-10" with small arms.

Later, the russians covered the territory of the Krasnopillia community with fire from barrel artillery, in total, there were almost two dozen explosions. The fire was coming from the russian settlement of kolotilovka.

The Horodnia community was under enemy mortar fire, there were 20 hits of 120 mm mines from the area of the settlement of chernozemnyi horodok.

Three times a day, the enemy covered the territory of the Bilopillia community with mortars and automatic grenade launchers, in total there were almost seven dozen explosions of mines and grenades. The fire was coming from the russian settlements of zoria, novyi put and volfine. As a result of one of the mortar attacks on the outskirts of one of the community settlements, 5 houses were damaged.

The enemy fired 9 artillery shells on the territory of the Novhorod-Siverskyi community from the area of sluchevsk.

Znob-Novhorodske and Esman communities suffered from enemy mortar fire, there were 13 explosions.

In the Seredyna-Buda community, russian mercenaries fired with barrel artillery and mortars from the area of the settlements of zernove and hrudska, there were 27 hits.

The enemy shelled the Shalyhyne community from the russian settlement of kozyne with barrel artillery, there were 45 explosions. In the afternoon, a total of more than two dozen explosions were heard on the outskirts of two border settlements of the Yunakivka community. The enemy fired from a tank. Power lines were damaged as a result of shelling.

In addition, the invaders from the russian settlement bezimene shelled the territory of the Zolochiv community of Kharkiv region on the border with Sumy region with 120 mm mortars. There were more than a dozen explosions.
