Yesterday, on August 29, the border communities of Sumy Oblast and Chernihiv Oblast were shelled with the use of mortars and barrel artillery from the territory of russia.

Krasnopillia, Esman, Shalyhyne, Burynsk, Znob-Novhorodsk communities of Sumy region and Semenivka community in Chernihiv region came under enemy fire.

On the territory of the Esman community, 3 shells of 120 mm caliber exploded, the russians fired from the side of the village of troebortne.

The enemy fired 14 explosions from a self-propelled artillery installation in the Shalyhyne community.

Twice in a day, the rashists fired barrel artillery at the territory of the Krasnopillia community, there were almost two and a half dozen explosions. The fire was coming from the russian settlements of grafovka and kolotilovka.

The Znob-Novhorod community came under fire from 120 mm mortars – more than 25 explosions.

The russians shelled the Burynsk community with barrel artillery – 5 explosions.

The enemy shelled the Semenivka community from the direction of the russian village of lomakivka with mortars – 8 explosions.

According to the results of the shelling, fortunately there were no casualties.

Also, today, August 30, in the morning, the russians fired 4 artillery shells on the territory of the Novhorod-Siverskyi community of Chernihiv Oblast from the sluchevsk settlement.

The Defense Forces continue to protect Ukraine from russian invaders.
