Yesterday, Myropil, Khotyn, Bilopillia, Nova Sloboda, Esman, and Shalygine communities of Sumy region and Semenivka community of Chernihiv region came under enemy fire.

In the morning, the enemy covered the territory of the Khotyn community with 120-mm mortars, in total, in three cases, about one and a half dozen hits were counted, the fire came from the russian settlements troitske and nikolayevo-daryno. In the same community during the first half of the day, the enemy opened fire with a large-caliber machine gun on two occasions.

Later, from the russian settlement tiotkino, the occupiers fired 82-mm mortars at the territory of Bilopillia and Nova Sloboda communities, in total about fifteen "incomings". Later, from the russian settlement tyotkino, enemy MLRS fired 40 122-mm rockets at the Bilopillia community. As a result of hitting private residences, several buildings were destroyed.

In the afternoon, enemy 152-mm self-propelled guns shelled the territory of the Myropil community for more than an hour. The fire came from the russian settlement gornal, about a dozen of hits were recorded.

The Esman community suffered as a result of enemy shelling from self-propelled guns. About a dozen shells damaged the civil infrastructure of one of the settlements of this community.

Five artillery explosions were recorded on the territory of the Shalygine community. The russians fired in the direction of Ukraine from the settlement stara mykolaivka.

The enemy shelled Semenivka community of Chernihiv region three times during the day, fire was conducted from russian village lomakivka with 82 mm mortars.

In all directions, the enemy is actively using UAVs and means of radio-electronic warfare.

Members of the Defense Forces continue to protect the country from russian invaders.
