Was born on May 29, 1971 in Kyiv region.

Participant of combat operations in the East of Ukraine.

Graduated from the Institute of Border Forces of Ukraine (1994), National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine (2006), National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2012).

PhD of Public Administration.  

1994-1996 - senior inspector, deputy chief of outpost «Seredyna-Buda-auto» of the checkpoint  ‘Konotop’of Sumskyi border control detachment of the Border troops of Ukraine.  

1996 - 2008 – served for operational sector in Security Service of Ukraine.  

2008- 2016 - Head of the development and inspection department of operational activities of the internal security unit of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.  

2016 - 2017 - Head of the of ideological work and national patriotic education department of the social and humanitarian support and psychological work unit of the Department on personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.  

December 2017 - 2019 - Deputy head of the unit - Head of the first sector of counter-terrorism department of the operational activity of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Since January to September 2019 - Head of the counter-terrorism department of the operational activity of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

On September 9, 2019 was appointed as a First deputy of the Head the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Married has two sons and a daughter.
