Dear citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons, please note that information about:
crossing the state border of Ukraine by persons;
a possible existence of a temporary restriction on the right to travel abroad regarding a citizen;
a possible entry ban decision regarding a foreigner or stateless person;
is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
In order to comply with the requirements of the mentioned Law, an appeal (request) must be filed in written form with the following details: surname, name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), details of the document identifying the person who files the appeal (request) (for an individual applicant), and in case of an appeal by an individual's representative - with the written consent of the person regarding whom the information is requested.
Appeals on the above-mentioned issues must be submitted in person and/or sent in written form (sealed in an envelope) to the Main Center for Processing Special Information of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (postal address: Volodymyrska St., 26, Kyiv, 01601).

Dear citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons, we would like to inform you that following the instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the recommendations of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, access of officials of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to public postal services and foreign information resources is closed.
It is impossible to accept, register and process appeals sent via the Internet, electronic communication means (electronic appeal) from e-mails or to *.RU (.RU domain zone) e-mails.
