Yesterday narcotic substances were found with a Ukrainian citizen at Hoptivka BCP in Kharkiv region.

Yesterday narcotic substances were found with a Ukrainian citizen at Hoptivka BCP in Kharkiv region.

During the border and customs clearance of Mercedes minibus, which moved to Russia through this BCP, the service dog Max sniffed out drugs with one of the passengers. During the subsequent inspection, the officials of Derhachi Border Guard Division of Kharkiv Border Guard Detachment together with the representatives of the Fiscal Service revealed a plastic tube with some substance, possibly marijuana, and a bottle from Naftyzyn nasal drops with some liquid, likely opium, in external pocket of clothing of resident of Zaporizhzhia region.

The revealed substances were submitted for examination. The officials of the National Police were notified about the offense.
