Yesterday, 33 -year-old Russian was refused for entering into Ukraine at BCP “Konotop”, Sumy region. The man followed by “Moscow – Odessa”.

In the course of the survey with the resident of Novosibirsk region border guards began doubting about the purpose of his trip. Russian was of athletic build, had facial scars and damage to the nose, which could indicate his participation in forced conflicts. In addition, he did not have sufficient financial provision for the period of intended stay on the territory of Ukraine and was not able to clearly indicate the address of the host side and document the purpose of the stay in Ukraine. Besides, among his belongings a military registration card, which contained the evidence of his military service in a separate brigade of special purposes since 1999 to 2001, his participation in the second Chechen war in 2000 as a senior intelligence officer and machine gunner,  the certificate for the state award of the Russian Federation - the medal "For honor " photographs of the venues of combat activity and personal necessities.

On the results of inspection border guards decided to refuse the man from entry into the territory of Ukraine.
