An increasing flow of passengers crossing the border during the European football championship does not influence the borderguards vigilance. The servicemen prevented an attempt of illegal migrants to get to EU countries in the guise of football fans. It happened at the Ukrainian-Polish border.

One of them is a citizen of Iran, who was planning to get to France. The man arrived yesterday morning to the check point "Sheghyni" in a van "Volkswagen" within a group of German fans who were just on their way home after their football team perfomance. Traveler produced the passport of France, but the inspector was doubting about the validity of the given document. During the inspection with the help of special equipment, borderguards found out that some pages in the passport are replaced. The pseudofrenchman did not have any other identifying documents about him. During the interview, the man confessed that he was a citizen of Iran, and the destination point of his illegal trip was to be France.

Two more EU pseudocitizens were detained this morning. They were travelling via the state border of Ukraine by train "Lviv-Wroclaw". During the control procedure the travelers produced passport documents of the Netherlands. In addition, they introduced themselves as football fans who were on their way home after the match. However, the borderguards found out that the documents don’t belong to their “owners”, and later the men confessed they were citizens of Eritrea. Currently, the offenders are arrested for clarification of all the case circumstances.
