Special trained dog – is a powerful weapon in the field of fighting against criminals.

20 servicemen who mastered the specialty of a dog trainer in the field of search dog preparation graduated from the Canine educational establishment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Search dogs are indispensable in the field of border guarding, as they prepared for search, detect, pursuit, and detain offenders.

In the end of training border guards with service dogs passed exams, and showed their skills in detaining offenders.

It should be noted, that the SBGSU increased the amount of search dogs, what helped to improve the indicator of counteraction against illegal migration and cigarettes smuggling.
