By order of the Joint Forces operation Commander, the admission of persons and vehicles across the demarcation line has been partially restored since June 10.

In particular, at the entry-exit checkpoints “Stanytsia Luhanska” and “Mariinka” there will be a daily admission from 11.00 to 14.00. For security reasons, half an hour before the end of this time, the admission of persons to the territory of the BCP to cross the demarcation line will be significantly limited.

Given the regulated time of the admission, priority will be given to citizens who are crossing due to socio-humanitarian reasons with supporting documents, and persons who are crossing to conduct the external independent assessment.

To cross the demarcation line at the EECP, citizens will be allowed with respiratory protection. At the same time, the checkpoints will be able to have such a number of people that will ensure social distancing.

In addition, citizens coming from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine will undergo non-contact temperature screening of the body and an interviewing on contact with patients with COVID-19. It should be noted that this category of citizens (except for those who come to participate in the external independent assessment) will be allowed only with the consent of self-isolation, using a single electronic service “Action at home” or observation.

It should be noted that the admission of a person by the Ukrainian side does not guarantee the possibility of crossing the line of demarcation. Pro-Russian guerillas would often return such individuals. In order not to endanger yourself and your loved ones, citizens are advised to refrain from crossing the demarcation line unnecessarily.
